When shall I contact my National Delegate?

It is the responsibility of the Bidder to contact the National Delegate(s) (with few exception, according to National Delegations requirements) after the approval of Proposal Part 1 to obtain the Authorization of ESA funding necessary for the submission of the Proposal Part 2. Other interactions are defined on a case-by-case basis.
