| PT (Portugal) | Proposals can be submitted at any time via https://ideas.esa.int/ InCubed Channel, with two evaluation periods per year. |
| UK (United Kingdom), DK (Denmark) | Participation is strictly via national calls. National delegations will provide specific call details. Ideas must be submitted during the active call window. |
